Common questions about NordVPN plans
Why is the first year so much cheaper than later years?
The low prices NordVPN advertises are introductory offers for new customers. When that first term ends the subscription renews automatically at the standard price shown here, which is a lot higher. Put a note in your diary before the renewal date if you want to cancel or change.
How many devices does one NordVPN subscription cover?
Ten devices at the same time, on every plan. That can be any mix of phones, tablets, laptops and computers.
Is there a plan called 'Plus'?
NordVPN used to sell a 'Plus' plan. On the pricing page checked in September 2026 only Basic, Complete and Prime are offered to new customers, so Plus is not listed here.
Can I get my money back if I don't like it?
Yes. NordVPN advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans.

The current official pricing page (checked 2026-09-21) lists THREE tiers only: Basic, Complete and Prime. NordVPN's own blog article 'NordVPN plans and pricing explained' still shows four tiers including 'Plus' with different prices, but that article states it was last checked on 24 October 2025, so it is out of date. The advertised 1-year and 2-year prices are first-term introductory prices; the renewal prices stored in the 'annual' field are taken from the pricing-page fine print ('Renews at $X/year'). Sales tax may be added at checkout.
